Nelson Bay is around 2.5-3 hours drive north of Sydney on the F3/Pacific Highway depending on traffic conditions. Expect to take longer at peak times eg start of holiday periods, Friday afternoons / evenings etc
All the Corlette Motor Inn's accommodation is on the ground floor and there is ample boat parking. The facillites and services include air conditioning in all rooms, a swimming pool, communal kitchen, Off street car and boat parking, communal kitchen and laundry facilities, BBQ facilities, iron & ironing boards and hairdryers.
All the Corlette Palms thirteen 'Motel Style' rooms have coffee and tea making facilities, toasters, refrigerators, colour TV, heaters and fans, private showers and electric blankets.
Nelson Bay 's beautiful white sandy beach offers safe swimming, a playground and a BBQ area which is ideal for families. A Walk around Corlette Headland is enjoyable and provides breathtaking views of Port Stephens and its waterways. Nelson Bay world class Marina is only 5 minutes walk and you can hire fully equipped 'Runabout Boats' for a leisurely cruise or a spot of fishing (no licence required). Alternatively you can take one of the numerous cruises on offer and enjoy dolphin and whale watching.
