Cessnock is the main town in the Lower Hunter Valley region and from this point onwards there are many wineries, hotels and resorts. The map shows the wineries (marked with the wine bottle)
Oakey Creek Road is a legendary road in the Lower Hunter Valley (shown on the left of the map) as there are several wineries located off it including Draytons which is one of the oldest wineries in the Hunter (see next map for the continuation of Oakey Creek Road and the location of Draytons Wines)
