The small settlement of Derwent Bridge is 100 miles north west of Hobart and located between Lake St Clair and lake King William, which flows into the River Derwent which exits to the sea at Hobart. Both lakes offer excellent trout fishing and cruises operate on Lake St Clair. The relatively remote area has plenty of bush walking and a small selection of accommodation.
