Free use of the spa is included in the accommodation tariff. The spring-water is ozone-treated (chemical free) and kept at a constant 38 degrees C. It's a perfect way to relax and take in the peace and quiet of the bush setting. Views from the spa stretch down to the valley in this part of the Blue Mountains; in the evening watch the wallabies on the lawn and at night the majestic gum trees are spot-lit and the night-sky will be a blanket of stars.

A (completely optional) short session before breakfast which helps you 'wake up well' and get going for the day. Depending on weather, an indoor or outdoor session of simple physical stretches, together with some elements of yoga and Tai Chi, focusing particularly on breathing, energy flow and gently waking your body and mind with a healthy start to the day..
Meditation can deepen your 'retreat' from a busy life. Meditations can be done on your own, in small groups or guided by an experienced leader who can teach you techniques such as breathing and centering exercises. Learn some short and simple techniques for 'time-out' meditations to manage stress relief during your everyday life.
Two therapy rooms are within the lodge so you can roll straight from a relaxing massage back to your room for a rest; and a meditation/quiet room is open all day. The outdoor hot spa is also available for guests all day (and at night if you wish).
Judging by the number of requests for recipes the hosts receive, the food is one of the main attractions of the retreat. Fresh healthy food is obviously a key element of natural health - but don't take that for bland, dull or meagre. The menus are a combination of high quality fresh meat, fish and vegetarian dishes, home-made with good local produce, low fat, colourful, varied, plentiful and delicious. On offer are freshly-made fruit juices, teas, coffees, and spring-water 'on tap' and guests may BYO alcohol.
Not a treadmill or cycle machine in sight here! Again, the emphasis is short and simple techniques you can learn to help you improve your personal fitness in your everyday life. Learn the basic theories about physical fitness, nutrition for exercise, body shape, strength and flexibility. Test yourself and we'll help you set some realistic goals for improvement.
A personal or small group consultation. Looking at some of the key areas of natural health, including nutrition and diet, exercise and activity, rest and relaxation. We take a holistic approach to balancing how you care for your body, mind and spirit. Reviewing some of your lifestyle habits, suggesting some practical changes if necessary and helping motivate you to look after yourself a bit better.
